Job summary

Service Champions in California is seeking a Lead Drywall Installer who takes pride in precision and quality. You will finish drywall surfaces, tape, sand, and apply joint compound on interior ceilings and walls.

The role involves repairing and painting drywall and stucco, performing demolition and occasional concrete repairs, and working outdoors in varying conditions. You’ll document service calls and collaborate with Install Coordinators to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience with drywall finishing, stucco patching, and painting.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in construction or repair.
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
• Must maintain a well-groomed appearance and work well under pressure.

What You’ll Do

• Finish drywall surfaces, including taping, sanding, and applying joint compound.

• Perform demolition work and occasional concrete repairs, remove all debris, and work in a clean manner.
• Utilize hand and power tools efficiently and safely. (hopper, brushes, caulking guns, etc.)
• Maintain high-quality standards in every project you take on.
• Document service calls and notify Install Coordinators upon completion of jobs.
• Additional responsibilities as directed by the Plumbing Managers.

What We’re Looking For

• Craftsmanship: Strong knowledge of drywall, stucco, and painting techniques.

Pay Range

$23 - $25 USD
