Job Description

We are currently hiring a lead panel assembler to wire high-performance industrial ovens and other thermal products. The job is primarily done from a sitting position, where you will:

1. Perform point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans.
2. Read and interpret wire diagrams to complete wiring tasks.
3. Ensure all wiring is done accurately and efficiently according to the provided diagrams.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3+ people for a minimum of 6 months.
• Wiring, electrical assembly, or equivalent education.
• Ability to read schematics, including ladder logic.
• Own basic set of tools, including wire cutters, wire stripper, and screwdrivers.
• Understand control panels and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with electronics and blueprint reading.

Work Environment

• Exceptionally clean, organized, and well-lit facility.
• Lead a team of panel assemblers in a supportive environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $63,000 per year.

• Two raises every year: one annually and one every August
