SERVPRO Denver SE is hiring a Lead Technician Crew Chief!

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Production Crew Chief demonstrates our 'Here to Help' commitment by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities to meet service needs and ensure a positive customer experience.

Pay Rate: $24-26/hr DOE (Full-Time position with opportunities for OT and bonuses)

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in fire and water restoration
• Valid IICRC WRT certification
• Willingness to be on call, as services are 24/7
• Availability for night and weekend work
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license
• Subject to criminal background check

Job Responsibilities:

• Explain restoration processes and address customer questions
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs and concerns
• Supervise and communicate expectations to production technicians
• Perform scheduled production tasks and ensure quality control
• Identify and communicate safety hazards, implementing control measures
• Manage job documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Control project costs
• Properly manage and utilize equipment and materials
