Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Technician Lead in Phoenix, AZ to manage and improve production workflows in ATCC environments. You will supervise teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive process improvements in cleaning and coating operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing, experience in parts cleaning, and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work overtime, weekend/evening shifts, and wear PPE is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. Technical associate degree or some college preferred.
• Manufacturing team leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to handle repetitive work and provide fast turn-around on production related to masking, wiping, processing parts.
• Good verbal and written communications.
• Must be computer literate, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekend and evening work.
• Must be able to wear work area gowning and other required PPE.
• Team player & Positive attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety rules and policies and assists Production Supervisor on ensuring employees follow proper safety and regulatory policies.
• Leads and directs production workflow through each department.
• Monitors production and ensures quality and standards are met.
• Develops and assists with training of employees within each department.
• Looks for and implements improvements to safety, quality, efficiency, and organization.
• Monitors KPIs and helps develop action plans for improvement.
• Works with the team to resolve problems and participate in team meetings.
• Performs other duties as required by the Production Supervisor.
