Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Phoenix, AZ, is hiring a Production Lead Technician to drive manufacturing workflow in ATCC facilities and manage parts cleaning processes. You will lead teams, ensure strict safety, quality, and equipment standards, and support the Production Supervisor.

Requires 2+ years in manufacturing with leadership exposure; experience in parts cleaning/coating is preferred and Kaizen/Lean training is a major plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies is desired.
• Kaizen or Lean training a major plus; QA experience valuable.

Responsibilities

• Leads and assists in directing production workflow through each department.
• Monitors KPI’s and production standards; ensures safety and quality.
• Develops training for employees across departments as needed.
• Supports safety, housekeeping, and team collaboration initiatives.
• Documents issues and communicates with Production Supervisor.
