Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Technician for the 3rd shift to supervise Manufacturing I, II and III operators and perform operational tasks across disinfection, formulation, filling, loading/unloading, sealing, inspection and packaging. You will troubleshoot equipment to ensure efficient production.

The role requires a technical certification or associate degree, 6+ years of pharma manufacturing experience, and ability to read in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience
• Technical experience in Pharmaceutical Parenteral, Sterile, Aseptic and/or Isolator systems
• Ability to read and interpret literature in Spanish and English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and process control systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and/or perform manufacturing activities per the manufacturing schedule
• Document, reconcile, and review area documentation per standard procedures
• Provide technical assistance and train operators on different technologies
• Support the introduction of new products with technical process support
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient operation
• Assist technicians/operators with setup and changeover of equipment
• Support root cause investigations with technical knowledge
• Assist with new installations and equipment modifications
• Participate in internal facility safety and GMP inspections
• Participate in shift turnover with daily manufacturing activity reports
