Are you an experienced IICRC certified team leader in residential and commercial water loss restoration?

Immediate Opening for experienced IICRC Certified Water Loss Lead Technician

Are you experienced running TPA programs jobs? Do you communicate regularly with adjusters with confidence and authority? Can you inspect a loss and expertly determine the appropriate course of remediation? Are you self-motivated, able to manage multiple jobs? Do you thrive in a fast-moving environment, able to manage time and people to effectively meet deadlines? Do you have excellent communication skills with supervisors, employees, customers, and adjusters and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis? Your Responsibilities As a Lead Technician

You’ll be a key member of our production team, providing on-site, hands-on management of restoration services. Your tasks will include responding to emergency calls, inspecting losses, documenting and scoping work, managing projects from start to finish, performing restoration tasks, monitoring progress, managing equipment, and communicating with clients and team members.

Success depends on your ability to work in challenging environments, provide excellent customer service, pay attention to detail, lead and motivate your team, stay positive and resilient, and be comfortable with tools and the science of structural drying.

Job Requirements

• Current IICRC certification
• TPA experience
• Minimum 2 years of water loss technician experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background checks
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in tight spaces, and wear PPE
• Availability for after-hours work and emergency calls
