Technician
Are you an experienced IICRC certified team leader in residential and commercial water loss restoration?
Are you experienced running TPA programs jobs?,
Do you communicate regularly with adjusters with confidence and authority?
Can you inspect a loss and expertly determine the appropriate course of remediation?
Are you self-motivated, able to manage multiple jobs?
Do you thrive in a fast-moving environment, able to manage time and people to effectively meet deadlines?
Do you have excellent communication skills with supervisors, employees, customers, and adjusters and are able to effectively
manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis?

Your Responsibilities as a Lead Technician
You’ll be a key member of our production team, providing on-site, hands on, management of restoration services.

How to be Successful as a Lead Technician
Your success as a Lead Technician is entirely within your control.
We won’t sugarcoat it; this can be a tough job. You’ll often work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other rooms in homes that are contaminated due to fire or flood or other damage. You can’t be afraid to get dirty.
You’ll be a great fit to grow in this role if:

Job Requirements for the Lead Technician
Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 per hour with on-call bonuses and overtime available.
