Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Technician to join our growing team. You’ll perform expert carpet cleaning, floor care, and water restoration, while communicating clearly with customers and maintaining daily paperwork.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in the field, a high school diploma or GED, and are willing to learn, grow, and lead by example. Training, certifications, and advancement are available in a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) preferred.
• Able to use mobile devices for daily reports.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet and floor cleaning and water restoration.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player and lead by example.
