Position Summary

As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will oversee and execute the restoration of properties damaged by water, fire, microbial growth, and other disasters. Your role involves leading a team in on-site assessments, equipment setup, and performing tasks such as water extraction, structural drying, and microbial growth remediation. You will ensure projects are completed efficiently, following industry standards and safety protocols. Additionally, you'll document the restoration process, maintain clear communication with clients and adjusters, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead losses as assigned in a territory by reviewing scopes, preparing supplies, completing equipment placement, and site documentation.
  2. Communicate via email, telephone, or in person in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner with adjusters and customers.
  3. Provide site quality assurance of jobs assigned to ensure customer satisfaction and all insurance SLA’s are followed.
  4. Complete world class site documentation which includes but is not limited to – DocuSketch scoping, moisture mapping in MICA Mobility, Daily notes in R365, and key project updates as SLA’s require.
  5. Collaborate with the remote billing team to quickly resolve any documentation support needed for Program Compliance daily.
  6. Inspect and evaluate property damage to determine the extent of the restoration work required.
  7. Use specialized equipment and tools to carry out restoration processes efficiently and safely.
  8. Document the restoration process, including damage assessments, work performed, and any other relevant information for reporting and insurance purposes.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
  10. Participate in the on-call rotation.
  11. Other duties as assigned or apparent.
