Qualifications

• Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite.
• Capacité à travailler en espaces confinés et à manipuler des produits chimiques en toute sécurité.
• Expérience en supervision de techniciens en services d'urgence est un plus.

Paul Davis Restoration is a locally owned business that is part of a national property damage restoration service provider. We thrive on providing extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need. We offer emergency and construction services to clients experiencing property disasters or emergencies.

Basic Functions

Respond to all emergency services activities and oversee restoration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity professionally.
• Serve as the point person and first responder for every emergency loss.
• Establish and document the scope of work.
• Coordinate and supervise work on Emergency Water Services, Fire/Smoke Services, Mold Remediation, and cleaning of carpets and upholstery.
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure safety data sheets (MSDS) are up to date.
• Communicate effectively with management, customers, and insurance adjusters.
• Train and supervise emergency services technicians and assistants.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Complete jobs successfully and obtain certificates of completion.
• Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting at least 75 pounds, working in confined spaces, and handling chemicals safely.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.

Licensing and Certification

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour.
