Description

The Maintenance Lead Technician is responsible for general upkeep and repair in various communities in the Central Florida Area. The role involves assisting Community Association Managers in assessing or completing maintenance and improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day.
• Provide feedback on other areas of improvement throughout the visited communities.
• Provide estimates for work requested.
• Complete approved projects in a safe and timely manner.
• Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Valid US driver’s license
• Clean background / NO Felonies
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week
• Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs
• At least 3 years handyman experience with skills in drywall, power washing, painting, grout, replacing doors, and caulking.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
