Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Lead Low Voltage Technician in Charlotte, NC. This field-based role requires hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and service of Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, and Voice/Data systems.

You will lead field projects and train customers on system operation to ensure smooth, compliant deployments. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Fire Alarm and 3+ years of Access Control/CCTV experience, plus strong leadership and client communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Fire Alarm experience.
• 3+ years of Access Control & CCTV experience.
• Leadership and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.
