Job summary

Next Level Technician is seeking a Lead Low Voltage Cable Technician for a Charlotte, NC project. The role involves leading field crews, installing and terminating CAT5e/CAT6, and performing MDF/IDF buildouts with emphasis on printed layouts and quality. You will coordinate with project leadership and ensure timely progress.

Qualifications

• 4+ years commercial structured cabling experience preferred.
• Previous Lead Technician experience.
• Strong CAT5e/CAT6 installation and termination skills.
• Testing and troubleshooting experience.
• MDF/IDF, racks and patch panel experience.
• Ability to read prints and lay out work.
• Ability to lead and provide direction to other technicians.
• Basic low voltage hand tools and PPE.
