Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking two lead/foreman technicians to manage a large Datacenter project in El Paso, TX. Start on smaller buildings with a team of 6, growing to teams of ~20 on larger sites.

You will lay out daily activities, ensure proper gear and materials, and drive performance through on-site leadership and feedback to Site Superintendents. Responsibilities include overseeing OSP/ISP fiber, Cat6 installs, and ensuring on-site teams deliver quality work.

• Must bring own tools; all major tools provided on-site.

Description

TEKsystems is looking for 2 lead/foreman technicians to run a large Datacenter project in El Paso TX. They will start off on smaller buildings with a team of 6 and get acclimated. They will eventually be running teams of 20 or so on large scope buildings. They will be running OSP fiber to the buildings, ISP fiber, cat6. This person will be laying out daily activities for teams, ensuring they have the proper gear and materials, ensuring our teams show up and do good work, deliver daily feedback to the Site Superintendents, ensure we have the proper manpower and terminate people as needed based on performance and availability. These position will also be doing install.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
