Salesforce seeks a Lead Technical Writer to guide documentation for Agentforce Operations, an AI-enabled workflow platform. You will own the content strategy, collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate startup practices into scalable, Salesforce-style docs.

You will work with founders and engineers in a fast-paced environment, manage evolving ownership, use AI tools to speed writing, and help shape a growing documentation ecosystem within Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional technical writing, including developer or API documentation.
• Ability to maintain and scale documentation architecture and strategy while adapting to new features.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving org structure.
• Experience working with engineers/founders in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills and ability to build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for Agentforce Operations' agentic workflow platform with product and engineering teams.
• Learn and translate startup-speed processes into clear, usable content within Salesforce conventions.
• Identify ownership and drive cross-functional collaboration as org structure evolves.
• Co-create content with prototyping pods, developing UI labels and user assistance in code.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, review, and research to meet rapid delivery needs.
