Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.
• Build scalable recruiting infrastructure, pipelines, and employer branding.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to translate business goals into hiring plans.
• Track time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance to improve recruiting effectiveness.
