Job summary

Westmag, a leading American drone motor and actuator manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own talent acquisition across engineering, manufacturing, and business roles. You will build scalable pipelines, brand the employer value proposition, and partner with senior leaders to meet aggressive headcount goals.

The role requires 6+ years in recruiting with at least 2 years in leadership, experience with ATS and AI recruiting platforms, and hands-on people operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record building and scaling recruiting functions in a high-growth environment.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and hiring managers on recruiting.

• Track and report on hiring metrics to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.

About the role

As the Senior Technical Recruiter at Westmag, you will lead the company's talent acquisition efforts, building the pipelines and hiring processes that bring in the engineers and operators who will scale our drone motor and actuator manufacturing. This role is designed for someone with deep recruiting expertise who can own recruiting end-to-end and serve as a true talent acquisition expert as we grow.

What you'll own

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition: sourcing, interviewing, and closing top candidates across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.
• Build and scale recruiting infrastructure, including pipelines, employer branding, referral programs, and interview processes, to support rapid headcount growth.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to translate business goals into hiring plans and role requirements.
• Track and report on hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance, to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record building and scaling recruiting functions in a high-growth environment.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and hiring managers on recruiting.
• Experience with ATS/recruiting tech stacks, AI recruiting platforms, and data-driven sourcing.
• Hands-on people operations experience alongside a primary focus on recruiting, such as onboarding, benefits, or HRIS.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in robotics, drone, or advanced manufacturing industries.
