ActAI is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to drive high-priority engineering searches in AI/ML, backend, and infrastructure. You will build talent maps, engage top candidates, and partner with senior engineering leaders to set hiring standards.

You will mentor recruitment peers and optimize the pipeline to support ActAI’s growth in global markets, including the US. This role demands hands-on sourcing and strategic thinking.

Formación

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience including ownership of senior engineering searches.
• Strong track record hiring high-quality engineers through direct sourcing/headhunting.
• Deep familiarity with software engineering and AI/ML talent markets.
• Ability to differentiate exceptional work from branding or CV keywords.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ActAI's highest-priority technical searches across AI/ML, engineering leadership, backend, infrastructure, web and mobile.
• Build search strategies and talent maps for scarce technical talent across global AI and engineering markets.
• Personally source, engage, assess and close senior and difficult-to-hire candidates.
• Set a high bar for technical profile assessment and ensure candidate depth is understood before progressing.
• Partner with engineering leadership to define hiring profiles and calibrate interview standards.
• Coach recruiters on sourcing strategy, profile assessment and candidate engagement.
• Review pipeline quality and adjust strategy to improve results.
• Develop repeatable recruiting practices to scale hiring quality and speed.
