Job summary

Marvin Engineering Company is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead development programs in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. The role requires interfacing between design, manufacturing, and quality, and ensuring compliance with AS9100 through robust program plans and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a broad engineering background with experience in mechanical/electro-mechanical systems, CAD/CATIA, and a strong command of MS Office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in managing development projects.
• 5+ years in design of components/systems for aviation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing of mechanical components/assemblies for complex electromechanical systems.
• Ability to generate and track program schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to translate high-level requirements into lower-level plans.
• Experience with MIL-STD documents interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
• Ability to write technical reports documenting status.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; proof of education required.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between design, manufacturing, QA, and customer program management.
• Create and maintain AS9100 program plans and compliance evidence for R&D.
• Support development of technical and cost inputs for proposals and campaigns.
