Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.
• Experience in technical program management, partner management, release and launch readiness.
• Experience in people management, demonstrating thought leadership and engaging directly with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, complex program portfolios across Android Automotive GAS, defining program strategy and cross-functional priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to ensure unified planning and execution to deliver on Auto business goals.
• Engage directly with Auto Senior Leadership to share portfolio insights and align strategy.
• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of TPMs delivering Google features to global Automotive OEMs.
• Apply technical expertise and leadership to optimize operational efficiency and accelerate delivery at scale.
