Qualifications

• Graduate degree or PhD in Software Engineering or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

• Align system, processes, and procedures across teams.
• Set clear expectations with people in view of their level and role and adjust to company objectives.
• Meet regularly with people to review performance and progress and provide guidance and coaching.

• Develop the technical product roadmap to meet current and future needs.
• Configure, lead, and review architecture designs within the broader region and build product or system code to address ambiguous problems.
• Review code written by other architects, providing feedback to ensure best practices such as style guidelines, code reviews, testability, and maintainability.
