Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in a technical role with 2+ years in product management or technical leadership.
• Experience with cloud-native AWS architecture and deployment (microservices, serverless, containerization).
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Perseus product roadmap with the CTO, sales, and operations stakeholders.
• Translate customer and mission requirements into clear engineering requirements.
• Evaluate architectural trade-offs and AI feature integration decisions.
• Manage SDLC in compliance with NIST 800-218 and improve processes using automation and AI tools.
• Maintain knowledge of AWS-based architecture and GovCloud deployment models for credible design discussions.
• Directly supervise software developers and QA engineers, including performance coaching.
• Set and enforce engineering quality standards with technical leads.
• Support hiring, onboarding and capacity planning for the development and test teams.
• Foster a DevOps culture with CI/CD, automated testing, and reliable deployments.
• Plan and sequence work with engineering leads balancing new features, tech debt and compliance.
• Foster a commercial product culture focused on customer value and long-term success.
• Ensure features meet FedRAMP/NIST security and change-management requirements.
• Represent product and engineering in customer demos and technical discussions.
