Job summary

Chainbridge Solutions is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the product direction and technical delivery of Perseus and related federal software. This hands-on role requires owning the roadmap, supervising developers and QA/test engineers, and engaging in cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and deployment discussions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years in a technical role with 2+ years in product management or tech lead capacity.
Experience with cloud-native AWS apps: microservices, serverless, containers, IaC.
DevOps/CI-CD practices, automated pipelines and release management.
2+ years leading developers/QA engineers.
Clear communication for non-technical federal stakeholders.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust/security clearance.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Perseus roadmap with CTO, sales, and operations.
Translate requirements into clear product/engineering specs.
Evaluate architecture trade-offs and AI feature integration.
Manage SDLC with NIST 800-218 compliance and automation.
