Job summary

PayPal Ads is building a commerce-centric advertising platform connecting PayPal, Venmo, and Honey audiences with advertisers and partners. We are seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager to lead partner integrations that launch securely, reliably, and at scale.

You will define reusable services, APIs, data contracts, and measurement capabilities, and collaborate with Engineering, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance to accelerate launches while protecting consumer data and growing advertising revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a technical focus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong data literacy and ability to design experiments.
• Experience in Ads, eCommerce, FinTech is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and ship scalable partner integrations for PayPal Ads.
• Write precise technical requirements including API contracts and event schemas.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Legal, and Compliance on consumer consent and data minimization.
• Partner with Ads, eCommerce, Merchant Product, Venmo, Honey, and Checkout teams end-to-end.
• Lead data-driven decision-making with cross-functional teams.
