Job summary

Riot Games is seeking a Principal Technical Producer for Central Tech's Account Management to co-lead the Duo-model engagement system with a senior technical counterpart. You’ll translate customer demand into actionable priorities, reinforce the Product Menu, and build a scalable engagement model for roadmap alignment and delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge.
• 6+ years as a Technical Producer, PM, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
• Experience leading cross-functional work with influence and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer-facing account management side of the Duo model with a senior counterpart.
• Shape how Central Tech engages with customers by improving rituals, mechanisms, and artifacts.
• Translate customer needs into standard offerings and identify bespoke work.
• Translate goals, constraints, and dependencies into clear plans and priorities.
• Drive roadmap alignment, prioritization, and tradeoff discussions.
• Own work systems for relationships: rituals, tracking, reporting, and communications.
• Capture asks, commitments, risks, and decisions in systems and keep them visible.
• Establish governance with clear ownership and next steps.
• Represent customer context in internal Central Tech discussions to keep teams aligned.
• Assess stakeholder sentiment and engagement to drive improvements in trust and clarity.
• Identify blockers early and drive resolution with urgency and leadership visibility.
• Reduce coordination overhead to create a sustainable operating environment.
