Job summary

Riot Games in Los Angeles seeks a Technical Producer III on the Core Tech team to lead complex technical projects that deliver engine capabilities and tools used to develop Teamfight Tactics.

You will own delivery processes, roadmaps, and cross‑team collaboration, mentor other producers, and ensure sustainable, high‑performing teams while coordinating with external partners. Applicants should have 6+ years leading technical programs and strong Jira expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager, or Development Manager on medium-to-large technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Experience independently leading complex technical projects with multiple teams, stakeholders, or dependencies.
• Experience applying Agile and Lean development processes.
• Excellent team leadership and the ability to refine technical product vision.
• Experience working with teams building engine capabilities, platform technology, or gameplay features.
• Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders, building alignment across teams, and navigating complex organizational dynamics.
• Strong understanding of product management and the ability to find balanced solutions across technical, developer, and delivery constraints.
• Expert of Jira use, configuration, and limitations.

As Technical Producers at Riot, we lead passionate technical teams to create products and experiences that deliver maximum developer and player value. As a Technical Producer III on the Core Tech team, you will lead a complex technical team and projects that deliver the tools and engine capabilities used to develop Teamfight Tactics. You will own strong delivery processes within the team and ensure that collaboration with external teams runs smoothly. You will oversee product roadmaps, delivery, work systems, and execution, while providing initiative leadership with visibility into complex deliverables, risks, and dependencies. You will also ensure that the team works at a sustainable pace and continuously improves.

You will report to the Initiative Delivery Lead for the Core Tech initiative on TFT.
