Job summary

Riot Games in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Technical Producer to steward the Data Foundations portfolio, aligning vendor and financial operations while partnering with Riot’s data and technology leaders.

You will collaborate with Finance for real-time budget visibility, shape renewal planning for major platform investments, and help teams improve operating practices while applying AI and automation to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years as a Producer, Technical Program Manager, Chief of Staff, or similar in a technical org.
• Experience owning portfolio, vendor, or financial operations for a technical or platform team.
• Excellent communication—able to translate operational detail for senior leaders.
• Proven ability to improve operating practices to increase clarity, efficiency, and execution.
• Experience applying AI and automation to streamline workflows and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the DF portfolio as a live, trusted picture of progress and risk, driving clarity before risks emerge.
• Own DF vendor portfolio strategy, renewal planning, and durable operating models with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Finance for real-time budget visibility and forecasting obligations.
• Identify opportunities to surface value and improve internal operations across Riot’s data disciplines.
• Represent DF Business Operations in cross-Riot data forums and evolve ownership over time.
