Job summary

This role provides operational leadership, technical oversight, and timely resolution of broadcast issues to maintain continuity and quality of service, with cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in broadcast/technical operations with leadership.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Strong knowledge of IP transmission, SRT/RTMP, and related workflows.
• Experience in a Technical Operations Center or similar environment.
• Ability to manage multiple live events and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver operational solutions within the Technical Operations Center.
• Plan day-to-day activities and staffing for multiple teams.
• Ensure services meet internal customer expectations and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain knowledge through training and new technology adoption.
• Partner with leadership on staffing and resources for daily operations.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategic initiatives.
• Support transformation projects and upgrades.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Support technicians and engineers for readiness.
• Perform operator-level tasks as needed.
• Work under supervision of Director, and perform other duties.
