Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Marketing Engineer or related role in networking/cybersecurity.
• Strong multi-cloud deployments knowledge across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Solid understanding of NGFW, Layer 7 visibility, SSL decryption, Zero Trust.
• Strong networking fundamentals: BGP, IPsec, NAT/PAT, DNS, routing, switching.
• Scripting with Python, Terraform, and CloudFormation (CFT) highly desired.
• Experience building POC & Demo environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate cross-functionally, and own initiatives.
• Customer advocacy experience; ability to handle difficult customer situations.
• Understanding of network and application security threats and mitigations.
• Experience writing/editing technical documentation and procedures.
• Experience with demo automation and lab setups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the technical marketing plan.
• Create, maintain, and deliver tools, whitepapers, demos, videos, and training for sales and partners.
• Lead automation across cross-functional teams for release excellence.
• Lead competitive research and communicate advantages to sales and customers.
• Be a technical evangelist at seminars, conferences, and briefings.
• Identify product gaps with engineering and drive enhancements.
• Be the domain authority to help SEs with competitive questions.
• Identify sales challenges and provide solutions.
• Document technical concepts to maximize product understanding.
• Set up and maintain a competitive test lab and automation environment.
• Configure and test competitive products; evaluate strengths.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop collateral.
