Job summary

Equity Trust Company seeks a Technical Services Lead to oversee system integrations across our technology ecosystem. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, oversee onboarding of custody and data feeds, and ensure accurate data flows from external partners to the core platform.

You will own integration workflows, coordinate with product and operations, and serve as the technical liaison for client onboarding and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• 3–7 years of technology and financial operations experience; fintech strongly preferred.
• General understanding of cryptocurrency trading, custody, and blockchain fundamentals.
• Experience with reconciliations and posting entries to core trust/banking systems and/or custody platforms.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across risk, compliance, technology, and client service teams.

Responsibilities

• Core Platform Integration Ownership: central point of integration for our proprietary platform with liquidity sources, 3rd party platforms and external service partners.
• External System Onboarding: lead technical integration of third-party systems (custody, trading venues, staking providers, data feeds) via APIs, middleware, data pipelines.
• Trade and Settlement Integration: ensure all trade lifecycle events from external venues are normalized, ingested, and processed.
• Data Normalization and Reconciliation Engine: design and maintain processes that standardize data from external systems into a single view.
• Ledger and System of Record Alignment: synchronize transaction data, balances, and journal entries across integrated systems.
• On-Chain to Platform Integration: integrate blockchain data into the platform reflecting on-chain activity in internal systems.
• Client Account Infrastructure Integration: connect onboarding, KYC/AML, and account management systems for a unified client lifecycle.
• Risk and Compliance Integration Layer: embed transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting into the platform.
• Platform-Centric Workflow Automation: automate operational workflows by orchestrating interactions between systems.
• Reporting and Data Aggregation Layer: build platform-driven reporting for internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
