Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
8–12 years in Java development with 5+ years mentoring.
Proficient in Java with Spring Boot and Hibernate; RESTful APIs.
Experience with microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases.
Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD; Kubernetes; Docker; Jenkins; Git.
Strong Agile leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to design secure applications in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
Define technical strategy and architecture for scalable FinTech app.
Guide SDLC adherence, coding standards, and security.
Develop Java microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
Architect and deploy microservices on cloud; containerize with Docker/Kubernetes.
Collaborate with Product and Business Leaders; drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with GDPR/PCI DSS; manage security incidents.
