Job summary

Group One Trading, LP in Chicago, IL or New York, NY seeks a results-driven Project Manager to steer planning and execution of technology initiatives across our proprietary trading platform and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with software engineers, traders and business stakeholders to translate objectives into clear plans, milestones and deliverables. This on-site role offers a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 with a discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development, trading technology, or another technically complex environment.
• Ability to translate business and technical objectives into clear requirements, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience managing software development backlogs and facilitating planning and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution of technology initiatives across our trading platform and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineers, traders and business stakeholders to define plans, priorities and milestones.
• Own multiple initiatives, manage dependencies, risks and delivery from planning through completion.
• Facilitate development planning and maintain project visibility across teams.
