Job summary
UnitedHealth Group seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle for ServiceNow-enabled workflows in healthcare operations. Qualifications
- 5+ years in a technical product or similar technology role.
- Experience translating business needs into detailed technical requirements.
- 3+ years of project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience with workflow documentation and stakeholder facilitation.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as the product bridge across teams to resolve ambiguity.
- Own and refine backlog priorities for ServiceNow and workflows.
- Define end-to-end product experiences across workflows and integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure design requirements are understood.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions and communicate risks clearly.
- Drive outcomes with analytical problem solving and technical leadership.
- Tackle complex, less-structured problems and mentor operations teams.
