Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a Lead Technician to join our growing team in Minnesota. You will perform expert-level carpet and floor cleaning, as well as water restoration, while leading by example and ensuring top-quality service.

You should have 1–3 years of hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and the desire to learn and advance. Training, certifications, and opportunities for growth are provided to build a lasting career with us.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in carpet cleaning or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certification (CCT, WRT) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.

What You'll Do:

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services
• Be a team player and ready to lead by example

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration
• Pay Determined based on experience and certifications
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT)
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred
