Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and inspire preschoolers, develop engaging lessons, and mentor other teachers. You will manage classroom activities and ensure curricula align with licensing standards while supporting families and center goals.

Responsibilities include leading daily lessons, enforcing safety and program guidelines, and fostering a nurturing, hands-on learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
