Busy Bees in Carefree, AZ is seeking a Lead Teacher for a part-time role available from 6AM–6PM. No evenings or weekends. You will work with families to provide a warm, safe home away from home for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, following NAC and AZ standards.

Responsibilities include creating engaging curriculum, curating activities, and communicating with parents. Benefits include childcare discount, 401(k) with match, and health-related coverage.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 6+ months of experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

• Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years of age.
