Busy Bees in Carefree, AZ is hiring for a Full-Time childcare professional to join our Busy Bees family. The role serves children ages 6 weeks through 12 years, with morning to early-evening hours (6AM–6PM) and no evenings or weekends.

You will implement NAC and AZ ECE standards and create engaging activities. We offer competitive pay, a childcare discount, health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within BrightPath Kids and the Busy Bees community.

Competenze

High School Diploma/GED required.
6+ months of experience in a licensed child care facility.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Ability to work within regular operating hours.
Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Mansioni

Ensure the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
Create developmentally appropriate curricula per NAC and AZ Early Learning Standards.
Curate programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
Maintain a warm, safe, clean environment for exploration and growth.
Partner with families to develop plans for best care and education.
Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
