Job summary

Learning Care Group in Florida is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and guide classroom teams. You will create engaging, age-appropriate activities and support families while following licensing guidelines.

Your leadership will foster growth, support center goals, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and uphold licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
