Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire children and guide a classroom of preschoolers. You will create engaging lessons, mentor other teachers, and ensure the learning environment aligns with licensing guidelines and center standards.

As a leader in our centers, you’ll promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children while partnering with families to support each child’s achievement and development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
