Job summary

The Children's Courtyard in Texas is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and guide classroom activities. You will design engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and support the social, physical, and cognitive growth of preschool children.

You will take the lead on classroom management, implement curriculum in line with licensing guidelines and company standards, and build meaningful relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for the childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
