Job summary

La Petite Academy in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and inspire preschool learners. You will create engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, manage classroom routines, and ensure compliance with licensing and center standards.

You’ll build strong relationships with families and support each child’s social, physical, and cognitive growth. We look for energetic, dependable individuals 18+, with experience leading a classroom and planning age-appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a preschool classroom and creating age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state childcare requirements and center policies.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
