Qualifications

• Relationship building and communication with children, families and faculty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in licensed childcare settings beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and implement age-appropriate lesson plans using Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open communication with families about child progress and daily activities.
• Uphold health and safety standards and licensing regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Observe and document children’s learning to inform activities and share insights with families.
• Collaborate with Assistant and Resource Teachers to support a positive team environment.
