Montessori of Alameda, part of Endeavor Schools, is seeking a Lead Guide to join our Portland, OR campus. You will design and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum, guide hands-on activities, and assess student progress while maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment.

The role emphasizes collaborative teamwork with staff, strong parent communication, and a commitment to Montessori philosophy to support young learners' cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Montessori certification for 0-3 years age group.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Oregon state eligibility to teach.
• Experience in Montessori environment preferred; willingness to follow Montessori philosophy.
• Strong communication with parents and staff.
• Patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about early childhood education.

Are You Qualified?

• Montessori certified 0-3 years old
• 2 years of experience
• Oregon
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
