As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document your student’s progress.

Are You Qualified?

• Must have MACTE accredited Montessori 3-6 training (or be in training with a projected graduation date)
• 2+ years in a Montessori classroom either as a lead or assistant guide
• 12 ECE credits and teacher qualified in the State of California.
• Current background check
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
