Step by Step Montessori- St. Anthony is seeking a Lead Montessori Guide to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum using Montessori pedagogy. You will plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development and document student progress.

This role requires AMS or AMI certification and 1–3 years of Montessori experience. Relocation options exist within Endeavor Schools' nationwide network.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• AMS or AMI certification required
• 1-3 Years of Experience required
• State specific
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
