Job summary

Step by Step Montessori- St. Anthony, part of Endeavor Schools, seeks a Lead Toddler Teacher to develop and implement Montessori-inspired curriculum for toddlers, fostering cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

You will plan engaging activities, monitor progress, ensure safety, and collaborate with parents and staff in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered; relocation options available for nationwide opportunities.

Qualifications

• CDA, Asssociate's required/Montessori Certified preferred
• 2-3 Years of Experience required/
• State specific
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
