Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor fellow educators in a dynamic early childhood program. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe and nurturing classroom, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth and learning.

In addition, you’ll partner with staff and leadership to drive enrollment and accreditation goals while building strong relationships with licensing bodies and community partners across the center’s community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom and model behaviors.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
