KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide a classroom, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging learning space for children. You will collaborate with families and center staff to drive enrollment and accreditation goals, while mentoring less experienced teachers.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to engage with children, families, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom, modeling behaviors and giving feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child's education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
