Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor early childhood staff, implement our curriculum with fidelity, and create a nurturing environment for children. You will partner with families, support enrollment goals, and work with center leadership to maintain accreditation and strong engagement across the community.

This role requires CDA credentials or state qualifications, 2–3 years of ECE experience, and a commitment to safety, inclusivity, and developmental best

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
• Clear English communication with children and parents.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy in progress.
• Experience in early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
